Prince George’s County Police arrested Raymond Terry III following the Sunday, Feb. 16 shooting that claimed the life of 26-year-old Landover resident Vincent Fisher III.

Officers responded around 6:50 p.m. to the 2000 block of East Marlboro Avenue after receiving a call about a shooting, a spokesperson for the department said.

When they arrived, they found Fisher inside the SUV with a gunshot wound, where he was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Investigators believe Terry and Fisher were inside the vehicle together when the shooting happened. The two men were acquainted, but police have not yet revealed a motive.
